Glenn Ross is the Chief Executive Officer of VVS Parking, bringing over two decades of executive experience and leadership in the finance and consulting industries. A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Master of Arts in Economics and Valparaiso University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Glenn has a robust academic foundation that complements his extensive professional journey.

Glenn has held prominent roles at major institutions such as Bank of America, Accenture, and IBM. At Bank of America, he led the acquisition integration of La Salle Bank for the Global Corporate and Investment Bank, managed financial reporting for incoming CEO John Thain of Merrill Lynch, and resolved critical issues during the bank's stress test failure in 2011. His strategic expertise and data-driven decision-making have been pivotal in driving VVS Parking's growth and success.

With a strong focus on operational excellence and innovation, Glenn continues to lead VVS Parking towards new heights.

Stephen Tuffour serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of VVS Parking, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) with a degree in computer science, Stephen is well-versed in the intricacies of technology and its applications in business. His diverse IT certifications underscore his adept and versatile role within the company.

Stephen's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from his experience owning and operating his own car dealership. This venture honed his business acumen and provided invaluable insights into customer service and operations management. His professional journey also includes serving as a senior data analyst for Wells Fargo, where he developed a keen eye for data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of the parking industry, Stephen has worked briefly in valet services, focusing on logistics, key metrics, and value propositions. This hands-on experience complements his technical background, enabling him to contribute effectively to VVS Parking's operational excellence and innovative solutions.

Nahom Tsadu is the Global Head of Product Development and Co-Founder of VVS Parking. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) with a degree in Computer Science, Nahom brings a wealth of technical expertise and innovative thinking to the company. His career includes significant roles at Fortune 500 companies like Apple, where he honed his skills in software development and product management.

Best friends with Jalyn Black, Nahom shared the original vision for VVS Parking. His experience in startups has been instrumental in driving VVS Parking's market traction. With 2-3 years of direct experience in the parking industry, Nahom has an in-depth understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.

Nahom has been the mastermind behind VVS Parking's software development, ensuring its easy usability and intuitive UI design. His work on the proprietary backend logic has set VVS Parking apart from competitors, providing robust and efficient solutions to meet client needs. Jalyn Black is the visionary behind VVS Parking, founded in 2017. With a business administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), Jalyn brings over a decade of extensive experience in the parking industry. His expertise spans valet services, parking lot management, and event management.

Over the past 10 years, Jalyn has successfully set up parking operations as a third-party contractor nationwide, traveling frequently to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hire and train staff, and build strong client relationships, often with hotels and hospitals. His leadership skills are further highlighted by his Scrum Master certification, showcasing his proficiency in agile project management.

In addition to his operational acumen, Jalyn has a diverse background in sales and marketing, consistently leading his teams in achieving top metrics and driving innovation. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his success in helping startups transition to market, making him a key driver of growth and development at VVS Parking.
 

Jay Ferguson serves as a board member, senior advisor, and co-founder of VVS Parking. He brings over two decades of expertise in the parking industry, with a significant impact on operations and sales. Jay holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Davidson College and is a graduate of Columbia Law School.

As the Director of Sales and Marketing for Park Inc., one of VVS Parking's key clients, Jay was instrumental in securing their partnership. His extensive experience in the parking industry has been crucial to the growth of the companies he has worked with, and his network within the industry is unparalleled.

His strategic advice, ability to connect the company with key stakeholders, and provision of general counsel on a case-by-case basis have been invaluable.
